In the building where the Dept. of Urology is located are two banks of elevators, one directly inside the main entrance, and one to the right past the information desk.

Now that second bank of elevators have buttons for floors 2,6,7,8,9. Please note the absence of three floors.

Now, I when I asked, I was assured the other set of elevators do stop at the floors in question, but all directions are given end up using the elevators with the missing buttons.

Even in Radiology, where the check in desk is directly in front of those elevators that allegedly serve the missing floors.

What is on those floors? Why do they make damn sure that they steer you away from those elevators?

I smell a conspiracy here.

Hospitals often setup so that some elevators don't go to non public areas or floors of the building. I would assume it was something like that.

I think the bigger conspiracy is why are all medical instruments freezing cold?

Usually it is security measures because of the Labor and Delivery, Nursery, Medical Records and Human Resources. My hospital is set up similarly. One side is the hospital and the other is doctors offices.

Yup, I've been in many hospitals that have elevators that do not go to those floors that are off limits to the public. Instead there are service elevators for those people to use who are allowed on those floors.

We have the same setup at my work which is not anything having to do with medical. It's just a very secure type of business.

Oh come on, they want you to think that.

Since one of the departments in the building "treats" genetic problems, I am quite sure those floors are part of a large genetic bio lab working on mutagenic compounds to be sprayed in chemtrails that are currently being tested in the skies of the United States...

Or it could be one hell of a bar where the doctors, nurses and interns party like it is 1999, or should it be 2099?

It's where female orgasms occur.

When I worked with a kid, who was on a suicidal trip, I figured out that her psychiatrist had his office up there, when we had a meeting about her progress...as there was also only one elevator who got 2 or 3 more floors up...so at times there are offices up there where less folks have to go to, I am guessing...after all, my hospital stays didn't involve visiting the psychiatrist/psychologist...
