I messaged a girl recently who wanted to be a 24/7 toilet slave, or so I thought.
turns out she is some sort of wananbe reporter or something.
Got this message from her.

Now if somone wants 24/7 I dont consider it kidnapping.
I do consider what she is doing wrong though.

Also, I suspect that it is not allowed to post the text of emails on the forum.
 
If you want to discuss the ethics, then do so without naming particulars.

People doing all sorts of things of that nature...sadly often at the expense of others. I ran into something similar while encountering one who claimed to be wanting to be treated like dirt. This was almost 8 months ago, after a three hour interview she came clean to me that she only wanted to see what makes Dominants want to "treat" people in such a manner. I told her she needs to get honest, rather than deceiving people, because it does not help to claim to want something when you don't really want it. After that I blocked. That is the best I can advise you to do. Keep up your search, know there are dishonorable people out there, and go from there to find those you seek. If you discover that someone is being dishonest. Block. Block. And Block again. Don't let them get you down though!

I am not certain though I don’t think a real reporter would blow their cover in such a way as to reveal their cunning plot to someone in an almost bond villain like way.

I dont think she was a real reporter either.
she caimed to be doing research, then in the next post claimed to be in the scene, she also claimed to be an artist but had never even heard of luis ruyo.
a lot of other stuff didnt add up as well.
I reported both her profiles but dont know how long it will take for the mod/admin to remove them.

It's only entrapment if the "reporter" suggests to you some illegal act. These shows on Dateline that catch internet predators flirt with that concept. One episode the man wanted to not come & the "child" policewoman begged him to. That to me is clearly entrapment. I'd be curious to see how many of those arrests end up being thrown out. These people are interviewed on camera without their lawyer present. It can't be evidential.While I believe child predators have no place on the internet I think there must be more ethical ways to deal with them.

I am an artist and don't have a friggen clue who is nor do I care.

Yes but in this case she said that asking someone in for 24/7 constituted kidnapping.
and that poor innocent girls who go to sites like collarme not knowing what to expect are being preyed upon by Doms.
If I wasnt so pissed off with her for wasting my time I would have laughted.

Many artists do not know who Royo is, that doesn't make them less of an artist.
I do not see the benefit of posting private emails and correspondance, it is rude IMO, whether its invalid mail or not. Make you no better than the person who fooled you.  Just report it to CM and let it go.
You were duped, just move on.

Posting emails and user names are against TOS.  If it happens, they are removed by the mods.  If you see something that shouldn't, report it.  It's pointless and not productive to the site pointing fingers and making side comments.

I had her profile names in them.
Admitedly I was pissed off and it would have been smart to edit her names out of the message.
I just really needed to vent.
I wasted a lot of time messaging her on both her profiles.

As you say it might be against TOS, but as I said I saw it and why should I run around playing forum police ratting on people. When actually what was posted was very informative such as this could have been if there is someone out there trying to entrap people in this community. As far as it being pointless and not productive that is YOUR opinion.

Welcome to the world of Alternative Lifestyles.... If I had $100 for every time some one has tried to con their way into what I'm doing and only found to be either a Uni Student or Post Grad doing research for a paper or some amateur or cub reporter looking for an expose' I could have retired a long time ago.. After a while you develope a nose for these folk and learn to say "Thanks but no thanks here mate I'll give you an address or phone number of people who can help." I used to direct them to ASIO, The Feds or the Russian Embasy....

Why should we believe what people write?  It could all be made up for all we know.  Hate posts and outting is pointless and lacks credibility.
 
The mods deal with the posts, they have the records.  You want to start witch hunts - I am sure there are many who would follow like sheep.  But wouldn't make you any better than the person you are trying to hunt.

Forums and collarme have TOS.  You read and abide by them, and accept the consequence if you do not - no more, no less.
