I was interested in hearing what You believe are the three top most pleasing qualitites in your slave (or potential new slave).

I am sure different Masters have different answers, and I thought it would be very interesting to hear from a wide variety of viewpoints.

well i hope someone or a few really take the time to answer, b/c i, too, would be interested to hear...if i had to guess it might be:
1. Obedient
2. Desire to please
3. Willing/eager attitude

but i'm a sub/slave...so i could be totally off base! ;)

1) Dedication
Anyone can be eager to please. I can't even imagine a sub who doesn't have this as part of their DNA, so to speak. Dedication, however, this is where someone shines. It can be grand gestures, or, what I find far more endearing, are the little touches. The shined shoes put in just the right spot. Wearing the lip gloss I commented on at the store last week. Having My drink ready for when I get home.

2) Imagination
Naturally, this encompasses a wide array of things. For Me, Mostly having to do with experimentation and role play.

3) Trust
I know it obvious, but it's the bedrock to a truly fulfilling relationship.

The Man's not that big on obedience. He figured that once he'd proved himself to be smart enough to be trusted, I would naturally assume he had good reasons to do what he wants. And that happened, it just took a while.

Me wanting to make him happy would come before that. As would me being equally interested and excited in the things that send him. But his biggie, and mine, is emotional transparency.

I'm married/monogamous so little chance I'll ever be looking for a girl again, but my top three are:

1. Up for adventure and trying new things (not just sex, I mean in life)
2. Independent/capable - willing to get her hands dirty and take care of herself
3. Confident in her own self worth, without being arrogant

Obviously when it comes to choosing a partner, I also require that she is fairly rational, communicates well, cares about being a decent person and is generally not nuts. But those qualities above are the ones I find irresistibly attractive. You'll notice 'obedience' isn't there - if she agrees to follow me, I trust she'll have the integrity to do so for as long as I remain a competent leader. Obedience isn't really a quality I value in an adult. I'm not particularly interested in someone who wants to play the helpless girl in need of protector either, I want a strong person who submits to me because I'm awesome.

1. I have to like the way he thinks.
2. He is able to trust me with his very soul--- yes it's a process.

Okay, I'll play. I'll list three... But mostly likely in 37 parts each.

1. Confidence:
A: self confidence.
B: confidence in being a woman, sexy, self assured womanhood.
C: confidence in service; listening, following instruction, execution of instruction.
D: life confidence; does not need micro-management, she hears it, got it, done it. Not in just the dynamic, but day in day out life.

2. Faithfulness:
A: faith in herself.
B: faith in me.
C: faith in the relationship (the entire relationship)

3: integrity: I don't think this one needs 37 parts.

After thinking about this for a bit, I realized there is really no top 3 so here is a list that I would pick from. (Thanks to sexyred1 for smart, loyal, honest)

And now in no particular order:
Compatibility – This is how two people fit together to make a complete whole (This first one probably shouldn’t be on this list because it is not really a quality and is different from person to person but it is the first thing I look for.)

Thoughtful – A person who takes time to think about what she says and does

Positive attitude – A person who naturally looks for what is positive in life rather than dwelling on the negative

Appreciative - A person who naturally looks for things to appreciate

Smart – Someone with common sense that they use in their everyday lives

Initiative – Someone who tries to anticipate what is needed or wanted

Industrious – Someone who wants to do what needs to be done

Respectful – A master needs to be a person that deserves respect but a girl should look for things she can be respectful for and show that respect

Loyal – As long as her master is worthy of her loyalty

Honest – With her master, herself and others

Joy – A person who feels life is filled with good things for our enjoyment

There probably others that can be added but this is my list.

Also I didn’t add sexual things because I don’t feel sexual things, are qualities, although now that I think about it sexuality probably could be added to the list.

I'd say, honest, reliable and realistic.
