I doubt it. I bet 90% probability for passing.
It is easy for a spin master to advertize the bill as beneficial for US interest. It will be long bill, one can cherry-pick points.

The government is largely disconnected from the general public and also from reality. Failed globalism agenda is moving forward by default inertia. The general public needs to start building alternative political structures and alternative economy. Otherwise, many will be wiped out.

well, it is not a bill, first of all and operates differently, but it is a revision of one that has been in place for around 10 years.   I am a protectionist, so no trade bill that fucks around with stupid shit like uneven tarriffs, and uneven prohibitions, or any asswipe about free trade or free market, needs immediate flushing, the original bill isnt good, so the expansion can hardly be more stellar.
