Edited to add: based on your profile, which states that you're actively looking and that poly is a hard limit for you, it appears you've already ended things with her.

Try figuring out what the problem was. Don't ask her to do things that you know will ruin her life like sending pictures of her masturbating at work.

Try being someone she wants to do things for because she trusts that the things you ask are in her best interest, not the interest of your dick.

And why should she believe that when your profile doesn't mention her and says you're still seeking others. I assume the no poly is for her, not for you based on that.

Thinking that such a dynamic is desirable or necessary long distance should be punishment enough for both of you - esp you.

tx51 : get a 2500mile long bullwhip, get one for her too..so both ya'll can take turns punishing each other for whatever perceived reason..cuz unless you are together, you're really not gonna know if she deserves to be punished & she's not gonna know if you're being an asswad, so to flick the figurative whip in each other's direction, til you meet up..sounds like the best option.

Depends on the offence:

Forgetting to capitalise your name and/or call your by your title during text chat: Must wear silly hat and do a dance
Taking selfies with a dirty bathroom mirror: Must wash said mirror using her own hair as a cloth
Went to bed late: Self flagellation and wear sack cloth for a week
Said something rude to you: Embroider an apology into a handkerchief (or tea towel, if the apology is lengthy) and send it to you. If she's not skilled at embroidery, you might go easy on her and allow her to do a cross-stitch instead
Sent nudie pictures to another dominant: Create a text based adventure game based on her own original speculative fiction about humans landing on one of Jupiter's moons. Turn over any profits from said venture to you.

As you can see, I'm a big believer in making the punishment fit the crime, so it's difficult to answer your question without more information.
