After bugging her to assume a decent schedule, Lizard went to the doctor Tuesday for insomnia. He got her on Celexa and hydroxyzine. She is already doing better, taking one pill in the morning and the other at bedtime...and cutting down on her caffeine intake.

Also, her laptop broke so she is using the Dell monitor and use the computer that way. She wants a MacBook next. She has been photoshopping Middle Earth stills. I love the dwarves walking towards you like they are going to kick your ass...

Great news.

But it isn't just how much caffeine, it's also how late in the day. It takes 6 - 8 hours for caffeine to clear out of the system. So if she wants to be in bed by 10, she needs to not have anything caffeinated after 4. Chocolate, coffee, tea, sodas.

What do those 2 pills do?

One is a mood stabilizer, which she takes n the morning. The other she takes at night, making her sleepy. She has been showing signs of maniac mood for years, rapid cycling really...fighting with her dad, hiding in her room when she was not in college, not showing interest in anything. Now she is moaning about job hunting, mainly the people saying she does not have enough experience. Told her to go apply at Radio Shack, where I picked up my electronic skills of computer destruction. She is smart computer wise but she wants to major in music (our fault, we encouraged her love of music).
