A good point Des, I can understand that...

You could certainly see any Italian Americans reading some of the incoherent gibberish in this thread being a bit offended.

Marc2b, he just wants to be taken into Mother Superior's office for a good hard pants-down spanking.

Father Guido here, yessa he probably a wanta the Mother Su-periorie to looka like the demon crappa ina his pantalone Obama to geeva him a gooda whipping, maka red marks ona hees bum then-a to go to the towna driving the choo choo into the tunnel.
But, that'sa justa my opinion.

Uhm . . . I don't get this, or the thing about thirty-five cents.

Besides if Ron were to go into Mother's Superior's Office, it would probably be to get a blow job. Although I'm not sure if that's a good idea because Mother Superior jumps the gun.
Also, Ron owes me a $1.17 from a penny poker game we played thirty years ago (thirty years and the cheap bastard is still putting me off, he's lucky I don't charge him interest).

I understand what you are saying and I'm telling you this is a protestant concept, the "catholic in name only" tend to think like protestants as it is the religion of bourgeois morality and capitalism, catholicism is more the religion of feudal society.
For catholics it is god that gives you baptism willy-nilly, so even if you don't belive you still are part of the community so you are a catholic.

And I'm telling you that I already know that and don't really care. If somebody wants to go around and call themselves (or concede to others labeling them as) Catholic and call themselves an Atheist at the same time it is of no concern to me. I was merely curious
about the apparent Orwellian double-think necessary to believe in Yahweh whilst not believing in any gods.

Oh! is that what that weird wording about Mother Superior was supposed to be, an Italian accent? I thought he was imitating Jar Jar Binks.

Popeye, did you hit your head ?

Moonhead -> RE: The Reverand Father Popeye (1/28/2014 4:09:43 PM)

Maybe one of those old church ladies he's forever whining about punched him so hard she scrambled his brain for him?
