Sometimes you run across things that look good on the surface but seem to cause problems with you think about details.

I ran across these while researching what exactly goes into MRE heaters. Dang if they aren't simple, cheap, and easy to build... just beware of the flammable hydrogen.

well, I don't have a sled, the muffpot souunded appealing - but no sled, means I shan't be putting my willie in it... sadly.

My first experience with such was working with a Brit expat. that rigged a water kettle to ride on the exhaust pipe of his motorcycle so he could have a hot cuppa any time we stopped for a break on a group run.

But, there have been many candidates for the Darwin awards for improperly set up manifold cookery.

Ha! About a million years ago I was an aluminum smelter and I could out cook any iron chef on a hot ingot of aluminum :)
