Racism is alive and well in the USA! Man Fired the Day After Racial Discrimination Complaint, Files Lawsuit

Hold on. I'm not saying this isn't discrimination, but we have his lawyer's word that it is. Not an unbiased source. If this makes it to court, let's see what verdict comes in. The company didn't give their side. All we know is that he got fired, and stated that he considers it due to a complaint he made to HR the previous day. Edited to add: Also, it's pretty clear that the source is biased. The comments are so prejudiced that it bothers me. That said, yes, there IS racial discrimination in America. Also, sex discrimination, discrimination against LGBTs as well. I hope it ends some day.

I agree, it's too early to say, but people will be able to form more legitimate opinion once more info comes out.

There is also discrimination against people that pick their nose. Fart in public. Are republicans. Smoke cigars. Beat their wife. Beat their wives. Pack. Ho hum. Racism is alive and well in America. Including Black racism.

Let's knee-jerk, accept it as true, and bury some businesses in the court of public opinion, okay? I'm supposed to be the "DS" that advocates for waiting for more details. People should be mindful that calling someone's post racist to get around calling the person racist can actually be construed as racist in itself. Since we assume we know the race of Lorraine and the person who posted such a comment. Then again how do we know if Lorraine is posting a racist post if she is posting an article on racism and making a statement on the article that racism is still alive? Then when someone advocates for her is told that the person who has called Lorraine indirectly a racist...has the right to say that the post was racist as long no one can say otherwise? The point being...that the article mentions discrimination and racism therefore Lorraine statement would be stating a fact based on the article. While the comment about Lorraine's post being racist is assumption. You see how senseless this post was? :) LOL[:D]

Actually the guidelines have been explained on this here . You may attack the post or ideology, but you may not attack the poster. A post may be called racist, but the poster may not.
