I just sent a long note to [Mod Edit: Removed User Name] , didnt go through)

I opened up quite a hornets nest from what I thought was going to be a brief rant. Many responses from everyone, some liking my post, many calling me stupid,old fart,etc.

Here is my note to the last person..

".Huh, the nice way you wrote your profile, does not match your message to me here. Assumptions are a crazy thing yes. Good god, did I open a hornets nest with my post. So many assume I am an old fart looking for a young girl.(I could never explain a real young girl hanging around me, to my son and friends)

What I do in here often, when I see a profile of a young girl calling herself a slave...and! she puts up a photo, too much information, where she lives, what classes she's taking in school...is I tell her that she is giving way too much information, and its just not safe to do so, and all she has to say is her age and a brief profile and she will get hundreds of messages anyway. Calling yourself a young slave is just going to bring out the knuckleheads, dont you think?

The only time I lie in here, is when I see a stupid ad like 'asian subs for sale', then I say I am law enforcement and they can expect a visit soon.

(I am 53, and every word in my profile is true, and being respectful is a daily practice, sometimes I fail, like in writing my post)

My post was written out of a too often witnessing(from reading about, and talking to women) of just plain rudeness in here. I think if there is one thing I am guilty of is holding the bdsm crowd to a higher standard, why would I think that?

A 53 year old guy who says he is looking for women in their 20s, 30s. or 40s IS looking for a younger woman. You could possibly have a son who is in his 30s. A 20 year old would be younger than he is. Even if your son is in his teens, how would you explain a 20 year old woman in your life to him? Wouldn't your friends think you had robbed the cradle?

Your profile and journal entry do indicate that you are open to 20 somethings and are contacting much younger women. Without those references, posters would not have received that impression.

It seems incredibly counterproductive to most of us.

I just started to type more and elaborate- but then I decided you should just go reread the post I put in your last thread, as I stand by it. I will add- even if you're "saving" women in their 40's, 50's or 60's unsolicited, I again urge you to consider how manipulative your behavior is. I once had a guy who took it upon himself to give me advice on my profile, that I hadn't asked him for. he gave me a whole great lecture on why I shouldn't be so negative, be more open and constructive, come across as more feminine, or simply close my account and not be on the site. taking a deep breath, I told him that my profile appeared to be sending exactly the message I was hoping for, that he ought to stop being so arrogant as to think he had the right to tell anyone what they should do, especially people he didn't know, that I had every right to be on the site using it in whatever format I chose, and to kindly fuck the hell off.
