Status: offline 		When sending a message i notice that about half the time messages are not read. In the READ MAIL it will just say "No" and that status will remain there to this day. Some of my messages are read but some just aren't.

Is anyone having this problem or can explain it?

1) the message is being weeded out by the recipient's bulk mail folder and just sits there until the system automatically dumps it (6 months maybe?)

OR

2) the recipient is screening his/her messages by hovering the cursor over it and decides not to read it.

Both of these fall probably fall under a miss on your part; either you aren't writing a message that people want to respond to or you aren't reading the profile carefully enough and are outside the parameters of what the recipient is seeking (age, location etc).

problem both reading and sending emails. The same happens when I try and contact Support.

Status: offline 		I noticed all of those who posted with issues today are having the same problem we are. Unable to open new mail and unable to send out new mail here either, so DON'T feel alone!
Must be a site wide problem. Hopefully it will be addressed soon.
