I'm very bored I need to get some energy today and go out and do all my stuff. I worked hard all week and i'm very tired. Ricky

Many years ago, I was told that if you often get bored its because you're a boring person. Not saying you are, but that saying has stuck with me ever since. Anytime I find myself getting bored, I do something I have been needing or wanting to do. If I don't want to do anything, especially after a long week of hard work, I enjoy the downtime and rest. If you're tired, enjoy the "boredom".
