I am currently seeking a Mistress mentor in NYC. Can anyone help me? Or is anyone interested?

Are you active in the local community? I would think that is the best way to find one. That way, you get to know her and her reputation and see her in action, so you will know that she is worth listening to. Likewise, she will get to know your reputation and see that you are worth a considerable time investment. The problem with asking online is any wanker can say 'yes, I'll mentor you!' or on the other hand, someone might agree and then find out that you are a trouble maker. I'm not suggesting for one moment that you are, but I imagine few dominants would volunteer until they know you in person to confirm that.

I agree with Althena that the best way is to get involved in the local community and get to know people.

Here is some advice from personal experience. Go slowly, choose wisely and if it doesn't pass the "sniff" test leave it alone.
When I was younger and newer to the lifestyle I was offered to be mentored by "Mistresses" on 3 separate occasions. Each time it went south. I am not saying that this will happen to you, only that manipulative self-serving people are everywhere. Be careful.

If you are still in the learning phase it may help you to find well experienced submissives who can help you to learn. Early on I learned a lot from intelligent, well experienced, mature submissive males. These guys had been in in the lifestyle for awhile and really knew the ropes. It was mutually beneficial to both of us because I got to learn new things and he would get the benefit of being the person I practiced my new skills on.
