You heard it here first!

(And....the 4th Qtr will be unadulterated, eviscerating, domination by the Hawks).

I'm not willing to give a point spread by defense wins championships.

I am hoping that Manning manages a victory but, I would have to agree that the Seahawks will win the game.

Will they be using that plane to haul the instant Seahawks fans out to sea, and dumping them there?

After decades of saying, "I'm a Seahawks fan - it builds character," I'll be wearing all the old gear to the Superbowl party at the bar.

The team formerly known as the Seattle Tampons is going to take it!

Not sure why anyone would expect a Seattle win. It won't be windy, so Manning and his incredible stable of receivers should make themselves known. Denver will score.

The big fight will be the Denver offense vs the Seattle defense. But Denver can run, and Denver sure can pass.

The only way Seattle has a chance is if Denver turns the ball over. Despite the ballyhoo about the Seahawks defense, they can't cover everyone.

The Denver defense is better than it's given credit for, and Seattle's offense isn't really that impressive.

I'd like to see Manning get another ring, I just don't see it happening...

this reminds me of the year the giants won the SB with LT, my dad who lived in Denver at the time asked me, you think Denver can win, I just said NO ONE is beating NY this year...

as for Seahawk's offense not being IMPRESIVE, they DID beat the number 3rd ranked defense TWICE, the 4th ranked defense TWICE, the number 7th ranked defense TWICE, and the number 13th ranked defense TWICE to get to the SB...

BTW Denver defense is ranked 22nd

PS, Seahawk's offense is ranked number 8

point is, sure Denver WILL SCORE, but SO WILL the Seahawk's, so unless Denver DOMINATS on offense, prolly gonna lose

I've sat in the old Meadowlands Stadium more than once. I'm a long-suffering JAY! EEE! TEE! ESS! JETS!!! JETS!!! JETS!!! fan.

I haven't been in the new stadium but I can't imagine there being no wind. That area is always windy.

Manning will score some, sure but, here's the secret: if the Seattle defense (you know, the best one in the league, this year) can surprise Manning, once in a while, if they can confuse him - just a bit - this will be a run-away game for Seattle. The Seattle offense is not without skill and as I said (well, I typoed) before: Defense usually wins championships.

True enough; Seattle will be almost without their famous "twelfth man" but, from what I'm hearing; Seattle travels pretty well.

I hope that Denver pulls it out but I just don't see it happening.

The stats say that 62% of the fans in the stadium will be SeaHawks fans.

And I predict the Hawks will do what they've done for 13 of 16 games....tire out their opponents, run them until they're beat and in the second half....rip up the goal posts.

Hawks by 13. Yepper :)

SEA has the capability to squeeze DEN through time of possession and turnovers. Russell Wilson is underrated. Bill Polian on PTI said all the measurables favor SEA.

I'm curious to see how SEA plays if DEN is able to score early and often. I'm curious to see how DEN reacts if the game is tight and SEA is able to hold the ball for long periods of time on offense.

Just popped in to say that it is about time that Andre Reed got into the hall of fame.

As for the Super Bowl, I don't really care who wins. Who is the under dog? I guess that's who I will probably root for.

Meh!!!

It's a game..... So what???

I've seen better action watching the paint dry.
In fact, I get more excited watching paint dry... or watching the kettle boil.
