I'm pretty sure Lynnxz is right about being unable to walk, or that it was at least insinuated somewhere in another post. Remember, her tailbone was hurt at the ER which caused her back muscles to spasm (all the while a doctor was supposed to be giving her an IV of unicorn blood)?

Thank you. I know this isn't a waste of time, r effort, i know i can make a differene some how, because tires have so many uses but i wanna be smart about this. i am going to the pd and asking them about the laws about seeing litter and picking it up, as long as you're doing it safely. i don't want to run afoul of the law while trying to be a good Samaritan. quote: ORIGINAL: RottenJohnny quote: ORIGINAL: LittleGirlHeart is there any program that will take them away?
