Here ya go, knock yourself out. Some of the ideas in the first one are pretty clever:

I thought you were wheelchair bound now?

She didn't say that. In any case, her home is not wheelchair accesible.

I'm pretty sure Lynnxz is right about being unable to walk, or that it was at least insinuated somewhere in another post. Remember, her tailbone was hurt at the ER which caused her back muscles to spasm (all the while a doctor was supposed to be giving her an IV of unicorn blood)?

She did in her other thread. She's wheelchair bound with X-ray diagnosed nerve pain caused by a sprained tailbone, picking up old tires in her free time.

is there any program that will take them away?

Figure out how much money it would cost you to spend your time picking them all up and taking them to the dump then go to the city planners and sell them a contract to do that for twice as much.

Four times as much.

Thank you. I know this isn't a waste of time, r effort, i know i can make a differene some how, because tires have so many uses but i wanna be smart about this. i am going to the pd and asking them about the laws about seeing litter and picking it up, as long as you're doing it safely. i don't want to run afoul of the law while trying to be a good Samaritan.

Why has no one mentioned the obvious use for old tires? Tire tread covered paddles...rubber tire floggers...

One problem with that, though....most tires are steel belted radials. You would need bias ply tires to do things like that and there just aren't very many around.

She'll also need to buy tools, to be able to cut through the wires on a steel belted tire.
