Delilya -> Lubricant Problem (1/31/2014 5:57:04 PM)

I am having a heck of a time finding a lube that will last for my sub, when pegging him. We've tried several different ones, from the drug and toy stores.

No matter how much I apply, even gloving up and inserting it before entering, along with covering the instrument, I always have to pull out just as things get interesting. It's like he absorbs the stuff quickly. I looked at anal lubes, but they said desensitizing, and that is not what we want.

I've never run into this before, and didn't know if any of you had, and perhaps had any suggestions. Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

That has worked okay for me.
Generally, [my] Master prefers a silicone based lube but this does lube well and stays where you put it..
It works well with the lube shooters also.

Sounds like he needs a viscous silicone lube, not the lightweight liquidy stuff commercially available. I make one for just the purpose you need. It is super-concentrated and the slipperiest heavy gel-textured stuff I can make. To my knowledge there's nothing like it available on shelves, which is why I formulated it. I don't sell it but would provide for material cost/shipping; pm if interested.

It's inert, hypoallergenic, fragrance/color/preservative-free and safe to use anywhere on or in the body except eyes.

PS: I sent a slightly lighter-weight version to CynthiaWV for Bo, who had allergic and irritation reactions to almost everything on the shelf. You could ask her how it worked out for them.

I like Astroglide.
1. Warm the lube before using; the hollow of his back or chest are perfect!
2. Warm HIM up before using; make sure you're not losing lube because he's tightening back up and/or the diameter is too big. Especially early on with a sub, each time and after inserting one finger, two fingers, three fingers, I make sure he can take both the girth and length of a slim strap-on with a head which I insert by hand, before I strap in and peg him with it. And when I do peg, once inserted past both sphincters to the hilt, I move with him before moving in counterpoint for orgasm [and of course, a vibe in the base hastens that pleasantly].
3. Have a spray bottle of warm water nearby to revive a water-based lube; takes just a moment and lasts for minutes.
4. Especially if you use a condom on the strap-on, make sure it's the right mix of materials for all three: strapon + condom + lube.
5. Not many things are stickier than feces: the best time for fudge-free pegging depends on the man; usually 2-4 hours after a satisfactory bowel movement; agile men can check themselves so you don't have to.
6. And finally, if he can't keep his erection during the entire warm-up, consider a cock-ring; if they fit the individual I like the ones with snaps to take off [or not!] at the peak.

Hope you find something helpful. Bonne chance!

Great tip.

I forgot to mention unless you are doing electro (which requires water-base only, silicone does not conduct) you can combine water-based with silicone for staying power.

Nice to see you posting again, Tantriqu.[sm=waves.gif] You do know you just gave all the butt-slaves some free fap material?! [8D] Expect your in-box to be deluged!!

Tantriqu -> RE: Lubricant Problem (1/31/2014 8:28:47 PM)

Thank you! [sm=oddballs.gif]
Lol, yes, I considered the risk. But where else but here can you warn a compatriot about optimal timing for pegging, feces stickiness and favourite places for pooling lube?!?
Sigh, if only this site was around when I started out: I was 29 before I discovered strapons with vibes in the base...that's like a decade of the best buttsex WASTED! :-(

Edited to add emoji for M.DarkArts

And don't forget you can always hand the boy a vibrator to use on himself during a thorough pegging. Many an unauthorized orgasm has erupted from this treatment, though in my bailiwick that's a punishable offense. [:D]

From my experience, thin lubricants during anal play are useless. I really need some viscous gel-type lube. I prefer water-based, thicker gel-type lube. And don't feel bad if you need to reapply.

And yeah, as a gay guy I have plenty of experience here haha

Delilya -> RE: Lubricant Problem (2/1/2014 6:28:15 AM)

Thank you all for the tips and suggestions. MistressDarkArt, I will send him to this thread to read what has been written, and take it from there. Greatly appreciated!

Just adding another confirmation that silicone based lube is the answer. I have grown very fond of Swiss Navy brand Silicone Lubricant and it is priced well. I only need the 8 oz size because a little goes a long way and it last a long time. Swiss Navy at Amazon

LOL! Yes. Yes, we are :-)
I also use the euphemism 'Take' for pegging which can be use in casual vanilla conversation as in 'Well, maybe we should Take off for the evening' [good man wriggles covertly but delightedly in his chair] so I'm a giver *and* a Taker ' ;-)

Oh yes indeed. I am a "taker" myself. I really appreciate all the time you and everyone took to help me with this.

Tantriqu, if we are going to go deeply into anal, then he is given an enema first. For me it is a health and safety issue, along with easier clean up. Food for thought... Have never thought about the water bottle (thank you). We've worked up in size a little at a time. We just keep having this darn lube issue, and by the time we get him re-lubed, it looses the head space.

Thanks again everyone for sharing.

Crisco. Seriously. It works.

Spiritedsub2 -> RE: Lubricant Problem (2/2/2014 8:53:12 PM)

fr

Albolene cream.

njlauren -> RE: Lubricant Problem (2/2/2014 9:27:14 PM)

One other suggestion (along with silicone lubes, which will work better than the water based ones; if you are going to use a condom on the dildo, make sure it is polyurethane, not latex, latex ones and silicon are a no no.....), and that is have him give himself an enema (actually several flushes are even better), it makes it work a heck of a lot better and makes clean up a little less intense, plus I find it opens things up a lot better, too.

Wrong informtion: latex and silicone are compatible.
Latex is incompatible with anything oil based.

Edit to add: silicone lube may be incompatible with silicone toys.

mummyman321 -> RE: Lubricant Problem (2/3/2014 2:02:26 PM)

You might try a having him wear a pair of latex underwear that has a hollow anal sheath. Lubricate the sheath with a silicone based lube both the inside and outside. Also lubricate his back side also. Most of the friction is between the latex sheath and your toy and he gets the full feeling :)
