I can't seem to get into the chatrooms. I keep getting the "Flash policy problem"

I already have the latest version of flash, logged out and back in, restarted my computer. Nothing worked.

Thoughts? Advice?

This is a known issue. We apologize for any inconvenience. According to the tech department, it has been fixed however it will take time for the changes to take full effect. Please, be patient.
