first and foremost i apologise to any members of collarme who find this posting annoying, that is not my intention.

the problem is my profile is not visible to anyone even though i can see it all and it is not set to hide. apparently 3 emails to support is not enough to get this problem resolved hence my posting.

ciao
Cole

And here I thought there was a new movement to support sucking ass!! That said...the mods on this side have nothing to do/power over the "other/profile side". There is a sticky in one of the top forums with some FAQs and possible so,unions but the people you are complaining about will never see your statement if it is posted on the chat side.

You have a strange way of asking politely for a favor.

And, on the other hand, the admins of the site keep moderation decisions confidential. So they don't tell regular users when someone has been naughty with his toys, and had them taken away as a result.

Do please feel free to insult and complain more, since it is working so well for you on both your threads.

the first part of your message seems fairly vauge, not sure what you are trying to say

and name one sitation where i have insulted someone other than the one case where i was merely returning pointless agression

This side has nothing to do with the other side and no they don't have any extra pull with the other side like you seem to think. If your profile is blocked then contact support on the OTHER side, not here.

They are not the same people.

What you have failed to take into consideration is that all who work here are strictly volunteers. And there aren't thousands of them just waiting for a problem to pop up and clear it up immediately.

It can take time for them to get to your request, they have many. Also sending more than one just clogs up the system for others. Have patience, they'll get to your request ASAP.

that has absolutely no relevance to anything really. nice try

forum and profile admin and support are seperate devisions but both report to the one "oversee'er" for the lack of a better word. there is a chance that when someone from forum admin sees this he will report it to a superior, the superior will then see that someone on support side isnt doing their job and will investigate, its usually a principle any business is operated on i know because i am a business owner and a web developer. i dare you to try find a business without a chain of command

Gosh.... three times?  You should demand your money back.  What, you didn't pay for the service?  MAYBE because it is free and the staff are volunteers.  Perhaps you should give it more than a day.  Or leave and join a better service.  Good luck on that.

LW,
I may be being a bit of a prude here, and this could be slightly off topic...

But every time I see your current avatar I have the urge to grab it and photoshop some pants on that mouse!

apparently presumptious people are quite common on here as i did not say this has only been an issue for a day. its been about a week so far.
whether i paid or not isnt the issue here, they make money off of advertising, advertising to members and they are obligated to provide a service that matches their ISO certificate
