For Me it was the detective mags of the 70's when I was a kid. Cartoons also had bondage in them. Underdog and Sweet Polly. Speed Racer and Trixie. A little remembered toon called Here Comes The Grump. Scooby Doo and The Wacky Races all had bondage in them.

You and I must have been watching the same movies, Caretakr!  (There IS a reason I call Disneyland "The Shrine of Saint Walt" !! )

I knew Disney as a Sadist even more when I went on some of the rides in 1966-they just about made a small kid wanna lose it in his pants-overt humiliation fetish!

It was definitely cartoons and movies....and you forgot Penelope Pittstop..lol.

Later in life it was when I caught a glimpse of my bound self in the mirror .

I can' remember, there were so many like that. Just do a web search on the actress, it's sure to show up in her credits.

The first place i saw bondage was watching all the spy programs, i spy, girl from uncle, and man from uncle, thought it might be fun to play getting tired up ask question, and then making the great escape,
which so far today, i can do, i have a bad habit, i get tied up and i fine ways to get out of it, the real fun for me, is when a dom says i have to stayed tied up for a speical amount of time, for me that is changling ( slave getting old, memnory for spelling slipping away sorry)

No doubt about it...Batman - the TV series from the '60's.  TONS of bondage in that show, much of it quite gratuitous (thankfully).  There's no question those Hollywood pervs were into bondage (thankfully again).  Those re-runs made quite an impression on me as a child.  I think that must be where I developed an interest in long-term bondage because many of the shows would fade out with the 'caped crusaders' bound in some way and the next show would pick up the storyline from there with the first fade in showing them tied up from the last show.  Gave me a lot of time to carry that image in my head (lol).  It was wonderful!

I was just a kid, went into a new place that opened up selling previously used items, I just wanted to look at stuff. I overheard the owner telling someone else, while they were in the backroom, about some interesting 'toys' he'd aquired.  A fuck machine and some nipple pumps. He was very discriptive in his telling of what they did and of many other things. I peeked around the corner to try to see everything. I couldn't see the items being talked about, or anything else for that matter, just boxes, but I was totally spellbound........and hooked for life. I ran out of the store before they saw me and was too afraid to ever go back, I thought I'd look guilty lol

The first one that caused fantasies was some old black-and-white movie that took place in the Middle East and had a slave market. Something about slaves being bound and displayed got me going.....

Disney got me also. I was about 5 and had a large book that adapted Peter Pan, and the Indian Princess Tiger Lily captured by Capt. Hook and Smee and bound in the stern of their boat

Heh...they had those detective magazines in the 50s and 60s as well....

And of course there was the TV.... a lot of the previously mentioned shows had heroines wrapped in rope...and then The Avengers added a dash of form fitting leather.

Got a copy of the Story of O at an early age, and found a paperback called The Night Clerk as a young teen.

It was exciting when the train started coming...  I used to volunteer to be the bad guy or the slave just so I could get tied up.

First time being securely bound was at 6 years old.  Dad did it to all of us kids because he was sick of the noise and it was like a dare...me and my little sis against my two visiting male cousins.  They cried after an hour and he released them...it took me over two hours to get myself out of that hogtie, lol.  I was so proud.  The boys were about a year older than I was.

Mmm, yeah, same for me.  I miss the old movies...the car crashes and shoot-em-ups can't possibly take the place of all that lovely bondage, flogging/whipping, and occasional spank.

Those Bible movies on tv with all the slaves too...any movies with slaves and slave markets.  I only know that my mind was flooded with this when I was six and I was never the same.  Don't know which was the very first one that did it for me...all these did it for me.

I always wished that Nell would tie up Snydley and Dudley facing each other so she could spank their asses. I guess it was just the budding Domme in me...
