So I did my taxes last night and I'm getting a fairly decent refund. How do you think I should spend it?

Paying off debt will improve the chance of the other items happening later. Lower debt improves credit score which means that the down payment & interest rate on future items like a car will cost less, lower debt means not having to pull overtime or extra jobs..so you have time to take classes (plus, one class alone will not greatly improve your immediate earning potential), less debt means that you will save more down the road and can get a 21 year old high class gigloo!!

I think you should work on getting a car since it seems to be something that is holding you back from going to college, jobs, etc....

well....it will pay off about 2/3 of my total credit card debt....which really isn't a lot to begin with anyway....but damn I really could use that gigolo and liquor.....<sigh>

You should decadently waste the money on a night filled with vice. The kind of night where you have so much wild fun, it is too embarrassing to tell your friends about and must remain your personal joyful memory. The kind of night where the next day you wake up hung over in a hotel wearing a gas mask, football pads and scuba fins. The kind of night where that leaves wondering where you are and puzzled at the donkey in a policeman's uniform sleeping on the couch . . . and you can hear the shower running but can't make out who or exactly how many people are in there but it's more than one. The kind of night where you stand up the next morning and strawberries fall on the floor.

I vote for the credit card debt...

Personally, I don't have any. I do use a credit card, but pay it off at the end of every month. It feels too much like a monkey on my back to have it hanging out there. That being said... I just bought a new car, and that debt is pretty big. I'm on track to pay it off in half the time just because debt freaks me out too much.

If you aren't paranoid about debt... go with the gigolo and liquor.
