Two points Doe. First, we aren't dealing with historical slaves, we're dealing with consensual slavery as either a style of relationship or a style of life (the later including the former as a component). And while those historical slaves may not have been selfless (actually there are some examples that were, but most are exceptions), they also generally didn't have the option of looking to their own welfare, self preseravation, love, etc. A consensual slave does have those options and that's what were dealing with here. Which brings me to my second point. To answer your question, the answer would be A... and possibly C. That is, let's assume the house belonged to "master", its his property and if he wants to destroy it that's his perogative. But now comes the next question, what about his responsibility to take care of you both? That does, after all, include putting a roof over your head since a place to live is a fundamental need of human existence. Well, if he's got an answer for that and can take care of that responsibility despite destroying the house, then guess what, he's living up to his responsibilities. I don't know how an individual might go about that, maybe they have another house, maybe they'll just go buy a new one, maybe they'll have a new one built... but the point here is that so long as they can provide a new place to live, that's the condition. As long as they are fulfilling that responsibility then the answer is A, master gets to do what master wants and the slave has an obligation to accept that reality. On the other hand, suppose after wrecking the house this "master" has no alternative housing lined up and no options for that? They have no means of meeting that responsibility of providing someplace to live. Well, now that's a problem isn't it. And as I've said elsewhere and will repeat here... a dominant (master) who can't handle their responsibilities isn't much of a dominant. So as you might have guessed at this point, the answer would become C. As a slave you need to know you are safe, that you have a basic level of security. A dominant or master who cannot deal with their responsibilities is not providing you with either of those things and at that point, yes indeed, you need to consider finding a new master.
