Really,this russian dude duo climbed some 650 meters up shanghai tower(up the crane to be exact).Of course illegally,but getting that high rarely isn't lol
So,Cm'rs
Are any of you Climbers?
who here gets high in relative terms of elevation?
Legally of course...not trying to instigate people to act like those hooligans in the vid..but I hear there are some pretty high mountains in Colorado...Washington too

Climbing a 450 ft cooling tower is rather interesting. Especially since the latter half is a negative slope.

The view is wonderful. But, dang, Peregrine falcons DO NOT like you up there when they are nesting. <flashback there>

I have a phobia about heights, so if it is over ten feet, count me out. I will do HALO jumps and free falls all day long, but I am not climbing shit.

I watched that film again. Gad, you can see the tie off points and traveler lines for a fall restraint system.

The guys who do that for a living wear fall arrest harnesses for safety. I can only say that this example of extreme parkour deserves a spot on Jackass.
