I wouldn't go nearly so far as to say inherently evil, but any religion that prohibits dogs as pets is a bit fucked up, in my opinion.

Banning it? No. Hell no. Fuck no. Freedom of belief is a fundamental human liberty. What sort of authoritarian piece of shit would think that's a way to peace? Even most liberals aren't that stupid.

Islam is no more inherently evil than Judaism or Christianity.

The issue - just like in Judaism and Christianity - is the extremists.

I can give you verses from the bible that, if interpreted the way extremists wish them to be, would make Islam look almost tame.

I would not be able to look myself in the mirror if I were to call for the banishment of any religion.

Now, would I like to see execution of anyone found guilty of a crime that they claim their religion as a defense? Hell to the "Yes!"
