Instead of making ad hominems against the person who made the thread, how about some honest intellect on the actual issue presented? Do people resort to this cheap tactic because they have nothing intelligent to say against the argument presented?

If any one is persuaded that the same factors determine gender representation in the boardroom and the prison population, and that therefore a direct comparison is valid, then they have rocks in thier heads. If someone could come up with an honest, valid argument, as opposed to one that relies on comparing chalk to cheese, then the responses might reflect this
