A wise man once said, "Diplomacy is the art of saying nice doggy while looking for a large rock."
My point is that some people, no matter how nice you try to be, are going to push you to the point of insanity, at which point, kindness be damned.
People who know me well know that the more polite I become, the madder I am getting, which makes the explosion of verbal abuse against some well deserved moron is all the more pleasurable.
