I'm sorry you are going through this. Filing a police report is your best bet on stopping it.
While it certainly isn't all dominants or all guys, this does seem to be something I've see from quite a few, both dom and sub. I think that there are a significant number of guys who think by checking the dominant box, women will automatically fall at their feet.
I once was talking with a submissive man. All seemed perfectly normal. Just conversation, nothing outright about kink. We discussed meeting for coffee, just to meet face to face. I told him to expect very vanilla as I don't engage that way until I decide I want to develop a relationship. At this point he kept insisting I do something (anything really) to assert my dominance over himduring that date. I refused and reminded him that as the dominant I would decide when and where. He the proceeded to call me names.
Of course your situation is worse than that. So file the report, tell your boss you have a stalker and get those other two ladies to attest to the police he did similar to him. Hopefully the fear of jail will straighten him out.
