Seems like uncle teddy`s making news again....for calling the President a "sub human mongrel"......A term coined and used by the Nazis and is about as bigoted/racist a comment as can be produced in human language. It`s firing up the base......an Abbot event had it`s registration triple when it was announced that ped (not a misspelling) would be there. But it`s also firing up the democrats too and..............moderate republicans......Wendy Davis is making ads/money with ted`s comments..... Who knew that nugent would play such a significant role in real politics as well as defining the lunatic fringe from normal republicans....? Ped IS the gop fault-line ......as it falls apart..... Abbott praised Nugent as “a fire for freedom” because of his support of 2nd Amendment rights. Nugent is also an outspoken critic of Democrats with a history of making crude, offensive remarks. He called President Obama a” subhuman mongrel” and has described feminists and female politicians as “varmints” and “fat pigs. He has acknowledged having sex with underage girls — something that runs counter to Abbott’s public promise as attorney general to fight child predators." Now as this latest outrage gets metabolized....it`s become way more difficult for republicans(elected officials) to pander to the huge number of bigots in Texas by embracing the nuge. rand and a few others are denouncing the comments and demanding an apology from nugent....fat chance of that..... It was an insult to far....a tipping point if you will, that even republicans can`t sweep under the rug w/ a straight face.....Like with rush`s Sandra Fluke slut outrage.....it was the straw that broke the camel`s back. As more and more cons distance themselves from nugent.....it will become harder for Abbott to continue embracing the nuge....who has officially joined Abbots gubernatorial campaign.... How long before ted is sent packing? Wasn't Nugent bragging a couple of years back that if the Kenyan was re-elected, he'd be either locked up or shot dead by the evil forces of the ZOG? I wonder what happened to that?

I started a new thread asking why he wasn`t dead or in jail a bit after his date-certain and it got pulled....I`m not kidding, for being to controversial...[8\|] But since the mods own the place and everything in it.....there was nothing to say.[:D] Pity party for me....[;)]

Well it is up to the dems to use Cruz as the crazy gift that keeps on giving. Let's hope he does just that as he's fast becoming the poster-boy that helps solidify the question of...why anyone would ever vote repub again for any office.

Though I can`t say for sure why it was pulled....I`m pretty sure that love of ted wasn`t why.[:D] Added: Cruz....is one of the cons who`ve said ted should apologize.....though [sm=rofl.gif] Cruz hasn`t ruled out future appearances with nugent.[:D] We know which side of the fault line Cruz is on......so he has to maintain that connection....[8\|]

This is not the first of his racist remarks, this tendency goes way back... Of course he bragged about how he dodged the draft in rolling stone, then denied it in another rolling stone interview in recent years.

I look at it this way. That Mr. Nugent is simply jealous of President Obama. Mr. Obama has been more successful in life in a shorter time frame. He has a beautiful, intelligent and educated wife, two amazing kids, two terms as President, 1 term as Senator, created the landmark ACA, killed Osama bin Laden and brings much better executive branch government to the American People (worlds better than Congress). Oh, he's a black guy, not that the skin color of the individual makes much difference to me. What do I know Mr. Nugent for? Some paranoid, schizophrenia, racist, fringe, old geezer, gun nut, that has nothing intelligent to say, nor anything to show for in life. Anyone that is still conservative and/or Republican now has to decide whether they support a pro-Nazi in their ranks. All the Democrats seem to be around what the Nazis were, but the fringe Republicans and all the of the Tea Party seems to embrace them. Most moderates hate the Nazi, and more likely to side with Democrats.

It was also ped who called the reporters "nazi propagandists" for calling him out on his bigoted attacks... When did the Holocaust start to happen, Kirata? Before the Nazis came to power or AFTER they controlled a good amount of the government? Back in those days, most people felt the Nazis were just plain crazy, hate filled individuals that were to ignorant to run a country. So they did nothing to oppose nor call them out for what they were doing nor how they were doing it. People believed their country could not be taken over by such a 'democratic political moment'. And tens of millions of people paid a VERY heavy price for that foolishness. Fast forward to 2014, there exists a group of people in America that are behaving much in the same way as those early Nazis. They recently tried (and failed) to bring down the whole of the US Government. Going so far as to ransom the nation's functioning budget unless the ACA was removed. If they had the power to remove one law, what stops them from removing others? Like federal laws? or Amendments? or the US Constitution?

It's one thing when the offensive language has no real connection to reality, it's another completely when it does. Fascists and totalitarians are extreme right wing, that's a fact. Socialists and Communists are extreme left wing, that too is a fact. You'd had a much better chance at comparing left wing people to Marx or Lenin (that is if you just want to try and annoy people). If you try comparing them to Stalin, you again come up against someone who was more of a totalitarian dictator than a supporter of the true socialist ideals of universal social equality. Just a little bit of information, not that right wingers ever care about the reality of things.

You should be; the nutsackers dont do it truthfully , they whine and pretend that it is not their actual modus operandi to spread Nazi Party style propaganda and disinformation, and disingenuously point elsewhere. We allow the tea party in the united states, and we allow the nazi party in the united states, and its constitutional for both, and hardly could call it a perjorative or insult that many find you in bed together. Hell, unless democrat or liberal or socialist (which may not be the same, nor are they even partially correct equivalences) are intended as an insult, in which case.............

FR Folks, folks, I would suggest: don't put the Nazis out there as a species on their own, unlike anything else. They were humans. Other humans could become like them. It really isn't that difficult to be(come) a Nazi - if it were, there wouldn't have been so many of them around the globe during that time that we'd all rather forget.
