Hi All,

I am looking to find out what the most secure padlock is for chastity. I know the ultimate is a unique locking screw from Mature Metals but as I haven't got the money to spare for the actual device let alone the screw, I can't get that.

The hole in my device will accept a 20mm padlock but I have previously been able to unlock other padlocks with a small key for another lock and jiggling it around. Any ideas what would provide a unique key or something which wouldn't be easily unlockable in this way?

I hope you will know something secure and I can begin another tour of chastity.

If by 20mm you're referring to the body of the lock, then you're not going to find any lock that size that isn't a joke. A lock that size can only accommodate 3 or 4 pins at most and they're easily picked/raked open as you have already discovered.

Master are average locks at best, and these smaller ones are sliding towards the poor end of average. The fact of the matter is that no one makes a high-security lock this small because there simply isn't a market for them.

Well I do not agree with Stef that Master Lock makes mediocre locks. They are the largest padlock manufacturer in the world and have been around since 1921. But they do make an actual keyed padlock the size you need that will be hard to pick and not just a luggage lock.

About 20 years ago I worked for a door company and part of our job was re-keying locks. I never learned to pick locks, but the guy that taught me to re-key them said that Master locks are (or at least were at the time) some of the easiest paddle locks to pick.

Some years before that I worked for a place where the tools were supplied for us, but were kept in individual lockers, locked with company supplied Master paddle locks. Duplicate keys for the locks were kept in the office in case someone called in sick for the day, but had a needed tool locked in their locker. We had a young guy working there at the time, and it was generally quicker to get him to pick the lock than it was to find a manager to get the duplicate key from the office.

While their locks are sturdy, pretty indestructible, and reasonably priced, they do seem to be easy prey to even a semi-talented lock pick.

Yes, that's just what their website claims. So What? McDonalds has been around forever and is one of the largest food providers on the planet. It doesn't mean they produce a quality product. They market a product to serve the lowest common denominator consumer.

Master maybe nearly a century old but they've been basically using the same technology since that time. Compared to true high-security padlocks like Assa Abloy, Abus, Sargent & Greenleaf, Mul-T-Lock, etc.; Master locks are a joke.

Really? Which of their 20mm body locks is hard to pick? If I can't find a video of someone opening one in under 10 seconds online, I might buy one and make it myself.

It's not 10 seconds, but here's a 5 year old girl raking open a Master lock in less than a minute. That's some serious high security hardware right there.

In this video he opens three Master locks in less than a minute and a half, and once he has the wrench set the way he wants it in the third, which is a commercial grade Master lock, it only takes about four seconds.

Any lock can be picked. So showing videos of a lock being picked really does not prove a lot.

Back to what the OP asked for:
Master had a lock in the size he needed and it is more than a simple single pin luggage lock. Not sure if Mul-t or other brands have a lock that small. If they do great. Provide the link to the OP. Let him be the judge if he can pick it. I stand by what I said that Master makes a decent lock because I have used them on worksite and never had a problem. I have seen many hammers swung at a Master lock only to remain locked. You may pick it if you are carrying a set of pick tools the same as you may pick a Mul-T lock or brand. But most people do not carry pick tools with them.

I'm still waiting for you to tell us which lock this is. If you have time to dredge up irrelevant videos, maybe you could find the time to share this info with us too.

This is an utterly meaningless. No one is talking about using destructive entry techniques to open a padlock on a chastity device.

You don't need "pick tools" to open those Master locks. All you need is a couple of bent paperclips or pins. They're absolutely trivial to open.

Instead of bashing me you might be a little more helpful to the OP to provide a link to a lock of "your" caliber that the OP can use. Otherwise quit wasting everyone's time with your banter. May advice is to give it a try. If you can pick the lock, return it and you have lost nothing. If not then you something to work with.

First, disagreeing with you is not bashing you. Second, you're missing the whole point of this. There is no lock small enough to work with his device that isn't a joke. There are no high-security locks that small no matter how many times you try to claim otherwise.
