Patience! Choose times to experiment when you are relaxed, unhurried and won't be interrupted. For the next several weeks or months, put aside orgasm as a goal and just play with the sensations as their own journey. The members are very helpful and patient with newbie questions. I think there's a 'beginning estim' forum which would be a great place to start reading and posting questions if you get stuck.
