You claimed it had something to do with California, which it didn't, and now you are trying to deflect attention. The fact is the guy is a bunko artist, he had just gotten out of federal prison for bank fraud, and was not supposed to use an alias so when they caught him using an alias he went back to prison. He spent one year in jail after pleading guilty to the probation violations and has been out of prison since August. Note the silly movie trailer has stayed on youtube until this week so there was no censorship despite your beliefs.
So in short the guy was not disappeared and the movie trailer/short was left on youtube until this actress got a court order to get it taken down over youtube's objection. Sort of an odd way for a massive authoritarian dictatorship to handle things don't you think?
