medical scalpels are extremely cheap. I buy mine through Amazon.com. You can buy a metal handle for a couple of bucks and a box of 100 blades for less than $5. Or you can buy the disposables of 10 to a box for around $10.

The classic is an xacto type hobby knife.
Various shapes of scalpel sharp blades available. Blades are removable for sterilization.

I have some 1960s surgical scalpels that have removable blades. Hmm, guess what, xacto blades fit quite well.

1930s field surgical tools came with a sharpening kit. (Found among attic stuff. Belonged to a physician ancestor)

I haven't been cut while we were having intercourse. But cutting does arouse me to the point of orgasm and makes Master quite excited also.
