It's true for women, too -- what you eat changes the flavor of your bodily secretions. My heritage is Sicilian, and I'm a French-trained chef and patissierie. I'll never be tiny, and I'll do without cunnilingus before I'll give up my curries, garlic, and other intense seasonings. Pleasure and sensuality comes in so many packages that the possible trade-offs just don't seem that overwhelming for me. (Oh, and it took a while after my ex went omnivorous, but I got used to the change in taste and it barely slowed us down.) Now -- if there is a truly -vile- taste, there is probably a hidden infection -somewhere-. Even at its worst, and with heavy levels of intense sulfer-bearing spices, a high-fish diet, and lots of coffee (which also leaves a bitter/acrid taste to bodily fluids), the taste may be pungent with a bitter back-taste, but (provided that you are a person who doesn't usually mind tasting/swallowing) it shouldn't be completely unpaletable. If it is (or if the odor is "spoiled" smelling) there's probably a hidden infection -- many people develop infections ranging from yeast to bacteria to virus, or just develop an overpopulation of one or more -healthy- microorganisms that need to be cured/tamed before they become a pleasant "eating experience".
