Is any one else having problems with the CM Home page?

I can access, "friends" and "mail" pages etc, but it is returning an error message every time I try to get onto the "Home" page.

Thank you to anyone who reads and responds. Sorry if this is something people have already discussed!

I just went and checked. I can get to the home page fine and was able to accept a friend's request and respond to an email. I'm working ok, so the problem isn't site wide.

What browser are you using?

My Home page is also off in Firefox 27, but is fine in Chrome 33.

Best,

Chi

I had trouble with it because the links were all dark they were not lighting up.
I exited my browser wait a few minutes and went back.
I hope this is helpful.

Using Chrome as browser and Avast as protection. Have been using both for ages and ages, cannot think of any recent changes to anything on my computer!

:-(

Thanks to replies already

The message I get is "This web page is not available" then underneath it 2 buttons to hit .... namely "Reload" or "More" ....the More button return the below ...
The connection to www.collarme.com was interrupted.
Check your Internet connection.
Check any cables and reboot any routers, modems or other network devices you may be using.
Allow Chrome to access the network in your firewall or antivirus settings.
If it is already listed as a programme that is allowed to access the network, try removing it from the list and adding it again.
If you use a proxy server...
Check your proxy settings or contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working. If you don't believe you should be using a proxy server: Go to the Chrome menu > Settings > + Show advanced settings > Change proxy settings... > LAN Settings and deselect "Use a proxy server for your LAN".
Error code: ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

But all other tabs on internet connection and any other google tests etc are running perfectly

I am too when I log on via my iphone but it's fine when I go on using my laptop. I found I can click on tabs or links that I can't see, that I just remember should be there, and they work fine.

It happened the other day with my iPhone, any chance you were using an iPad or a Mac?

Just a geeky suggestion:

Often when a website writer changes some code, the code doesn't get updated in the browser cache.
If you have trouble accessing a page you have easily visited in the past; empty your browser cache and try again.

Netflix is famous for this. They re-write the java that runs their interface but the module names are the same as ones still in the browser cache so they aren't updated and you end up hung on a loading screen.

When in doubt, emptying the trash is a painless way to start.

But the ............... after emptying cache and it not working ............. I rebooted

It works!!!!!!!!

So the secret is empty cache and immediately reboot.

It may have seemed a trivial thing to anyone else reading but it was starting to wind me up. So many, many thanks!

Keep smiling

The reply buttons in the forums are acting a bit screwy today, too.

On the mobile site, all the buttons are invisible for me... They still work, but it's a mystery what your pressing until you get to the page.

How long does it take to get a virus? If I had to turn off my anti virus or diminish it around here, to be here, I wouldn't be here. Not even major sites, huge ones can promise nothing will get passed them, including government sites. No one is immune. When shit starts going wonky... that is when you really don't want to open that door.

Why risk it? Even if it is safe, you want to take the chance with your expensive equipment and all your programs and such? A virus or trojan is no laughing matter.

You can always come back later and find that things have been sorted out.
