I'm trying to upload a picture of myself to set as my profile pic...Im technologically challenged when it comes to computers and jpig jpg pixels...etc are pretty much japanese to me, could someone please help me ?

From the main CM screen, click on "Edit Profile"

Scroll down to the bottom.
There is a drop down box where you pick if it is the main profile picture or the next or the next.
There is a browse button, click on it then go to where your pictures are stored on your computer then click on it.
Wait for it to do its thing a bit and you will see the name of the picture next to the browse button.
Enter the verification string as it is shown. (Tell the CM website you aren't some bot)
Click on the button that says "update profile"
