Hello,
I am looking to see if anyone has experience with a long term collar around the cock and balls. I have used a small cat/ ferret collar before but over time that chafed the skin. I am looking to have a dog tag hang from it. I've tried multiple leather straps, etc. Any advice?

I don't think one could wear a collar (cloth/leather) for a long term there. Because of it's location, it needs to be lubricated throughout the day, and that won't work with cloth, and destroy the leather. It is the same as with a chastity. One solution, is possibly have something custom made from surgical rubber or something that can be lubricated.

Get a PA piercing or other genital piercing and hang your id tag from it.
