We're cool.

If I ever made you feel judged in any manner, it most assuredly wasn't personal.

I speak my own personal truths, as I expect for others to do freely, and when I quote somebody, it's usually to agree with their PoV (although not always, but then I would hope to make that clear). [8D]

His suggestion that you check out his profile about polyamory was pertinent to your "greco - roman" comment.

I took "photo" to signify avatar. No big deal.

Laughter, you naughty thinkin girl! Laughter... only laughter.

I couldn't find the face cream and ate the pudding, so all he got was the sound of my laughter. [;)]

And yet another riddle!!

Not really ... Rawni has a marvelous sense of humor! She is incredibly funny in conversation. She could be a stand up comedy act ... if She wished.

And i will share ... She had me laughing non-stop for well over an hour! [:)]

One told me which Greek goddess I reminded him most of; another told me where he imagined we would vacation.
Both of them were right! ;-)

I tried to do a search to find the recent post that someone posted about phone sex operators and using pudding, etc. to make sounds that would please the caller, but I couldn't find it.

I was just saying, it wasn't a phone sex call and wasn't 'that kind' of interesting. [:D]

Rawni -> RE: Favorite Conversation Starters (3/9/2014 1:52:50 PM)

Thank you SeekingOwnertoo, I actually had a comedy partner and routine doing stand up, long ago... but we wanted families.

What the hell were we thinking? I picked the wrong door! [:D]

The call was fun... I was afraid I might shock you, but you handled it well. hehe

What sucks is that I can't write comedy! I can do stand up, I can change a whole room and have people rolling on the floor, but on paper... I suck! I need my voice, the reactions of others to play off, my expressions, etc. I need to write comedy for two books I am working on and I just suck! I am going to have to hand out blow jobs or something with the books at this rate.

See: the photo on my profile about polyamory being wrong.

I don't quite understand. Has somebody said anything about polyamory being wrong for you? What you do is your business, and more power to you for it. What's right or wrong for me is mine.

I had to check his profile pics. lol It just said mixing Greek and Roman in one word is wrong. He didn't mean that poly is wrong, it just meant the word is all mixed up.

NBMG

Well, the thing about being a language purist is that poly-erotic would have a completely different meaning if used instead of polyamory.

English is probably the most varied amalgamation of linguistics there is, but unlike the Romance languages in being relatively gender-neutral. Not all "cats" are referred to in the masculine (e.g. le chat, el gato).

Hi All,

Just wanted to post about what people's favorite conversation starters are.

It's always nice to have more to think about and everyone needs a good ice-breaker from time to time~

One if mine is, What's your favorite Monopoly piece and why? (I choose the thimble because I believe it has magical victory granting powers)

I always go with...."I know it's gauche but, my Lear is heading to the south of France in a few hours where I have one of multiple (paid for) multimillion dollar homes that I travel to on occasion, the smallest (I'm embarrassed to say) is a mere 10,000 square feet, but it's comfortable, and I feel at home there....would you like to accompany me this weekend?"

I hit about 63% on average.
