One thing I've never done is a testicle infusion. This particular act seems to becoming more and more popular in the body mods world away from BDSM circles. I know someone who recently did it to himself and said he would guide me if I would do it to him. I refused because the thought of it makes me cringe. I wouldn't get involved in scrotal inflation either.

You mentioned playing with T-girls and the saline infusion made the dick disappear, where did the saline go? I'm trying to picture it and can't work it out.

Actually scrotal inflation, if you're careful enough, works just fine and I heard all different kinds of reasons for it, some guys said it made them feel horny for hours and they enjoyed that, part of medical scenes, some wanted it just for the look, just the way the "pouch" is, makes it actually a rather "natural target" for a saline infusion.

AlexisANew -> RE: saline play (3/10/2014 8:22:44 AM)

The saline balloons the scrotal sack and not the actual testicles. When you say, 'where did it go', is this what you meant ? or did you mean after?. What I wont do is penetrate and administer directly into the testicles.

Because scrotal inflation is done with air rather than a saline solution, in my opinion its much more risky.

LadyConstanze -> RE: saline play (3/10/2014 8:31:58 AM)

The actual testicles? Never seen that and wouldn't go near, I wasn't actually aware that some people do a scrotal inflation done with air, that's why I was confused, and it doesn't sound like a really great idea, I was thinking of the saline infusion and always in the scrotal sack.

That's why I was a bit confused and didn't understand.

hello Ladyconstanze yes spot on saline solution into the scrotum , risk an infection around your testicles I've never seen or heard of this but I don't think they would put that type of info on the web pages , I was hopping to find a evil rubber nurse to try it with but they seem harder to find then real Mistresses

Of course there is a risk of infection. Any time you break the skin you are risking infection. If the person doing this has no clue what she is doing she could end up sending you to the hospital. Now I have seen this done and it is hot as hell but if I were you I would make damn sure she was informed before she began. Oh and get some kind of a sling to carry your balls around after. They get a big heavy after a while.

Well it seems to be a fairly new thing but very big on sites like BME. Sorry, I should of explained it in more detail.

Body mods seem to be getting more and more freaky and I think people are taking bigger and bigger risks to impress the body mods community. Up until about a year ago I thought a 'balloon fetish' was someone getting turned on by bursting balloons [:)]. When actually its about inflating the scrotum with air or other gasses. These guys are risking air embolisms amongst a whole array of other nasty things.

What? Why? I thought it was a good question.

It's better than, "PROS ARE WHORES!!!" For the 47th time this month.

Which usually translates "All of you should service all my kinks for free because I'm entitled to it, and the last few pros kicked me out because I asked for stuff they won't do and I didn't take no for an answer, so I really have to throw a hissy fit!"

~FRing it~

I honestly don't think you should forget it either. If it's something that interests you, you should learn more about it. And learning more about it means that if you are interested, you can know how to go about finding someone who is knowledgeable in the thing you are interested in.

Me personally, I am too squicked out to go at someone else with a needle. I can barely handle it myself and I inject an anticoagulant into my gut twice a day. But there are experienced edge players out there and a great many are knowledgeable in safer injection practices. That's what you want to find if this is an avenue you wish to explore. As I said, this isn't my thing...but I found the subject interesting to learn about.

Haha, well for my two cents, I think you should try it with someone.

Welcome to the boards, Rob. This is the discussion side; ads seeking and hookups happen on the other side. If you have actual questions about the type of play you're interested in, we'll have something to base a discussion on.

(S'wut I was about to say LOL).

It is illegal for anyone who is not a licensed medical professional to be injecting anyone with anything.

That statement is a complete and utter falsehood, lol.

In the United States of America it is illegal for anyone who is not a licensed medical professional to inject someone with saline, or more specifically 0.9% NaCl. It is a medical procedure by definition. Infusions are covered by FDA guidance which clearly states this fact and the labeling for the medical devices required to perform an infusion also state this fact.

Infusions into the human body are not "a game" - they are medical procedures which have many associated risks even when performed by trained and qualified professionals.

To the original poster - please do not do this. The risk to your health is not worth it. Those telling you this is "ok to do" and not illegal to do are not exactly rocket scientists if you get my drift..........

I am not going to comment on this topic beyond the above.

I am a diabetic with an insulin pump. I must do my own medical hook-up which includes drawing insulin from a vial using a syringe type apparatus and sticking a large metal needle into my body which is the removed and acts like a sheath for a smaller bendable needle to stay in me 24/7 so my body gets insulin every hour and before each meal. I am never without this except the times a surgeon removed it during operation.

Are you saying because I am not of the medical licensed profession, I am committing a crime? I infuse my body 24/7 with insulin. What's the deal?

johnfire -> RE: saline play (3/12/2014 10:22:04 AM)

I know that this is under the Mistress section but I hope you don't mind me adding a bit to the conversation. As stated above, anytime you break the skin there is a risk of infection, also needle placement is important since you don't want to puncture the testicles themselves. Keeping the area as sterile clean as possible will minimize some of the infection risks, as will using sterile single use needles, drip set, and saline solution also alcohol and or betadine wipes for the surface of the skin and gloves and clean hands. What you would really want is an iv style needle because once you insert it, the metal needle is slide out, and the shunt is left inside for the filling. Less risk of doing more damage if it gets moved around. If the person who you find to do this is experienced, and reputable, I would think they would show you everything they use before the scene starts. I only know places in the US to get these items so I am no help for you over there. I have done this several times to myself and it is an enjoyable experience. It definately helps to have a medical background but with proper precautions it can be done safely by non medical personnel. Just my 2 cents, and as far as the issues of legality, many of the things we do are not legal in the US or some states and counties depending on where you live. These things include spanking flogging etc. because of how the laws are written. So to start shouting that it is illegal because the FDA says so, also means most kink is, but it is who we are and what we do.

mmmmmmm sounds fun show us the photos later on if you go ahead with it all

johnfire -> RE: saline play (3/13/2014 9:31:02 PM)

I can say that it is alot of fun, and if he goes with it, I am sure he will have fun. Forgot to mention, it will take a few days depending on how full you go till it is completely absorbed into your system. I did a 1000cc's once and it took like 3 days for things to be comfortable again. So things will look really puffy and as the fluid spreads out. Walking and sudden movement may have some issues too. I always planned it where I had a few days of recovery from doing anything major, just so I was fine.
