quote:
ORIGINAL: kalikshama Physiological subspace is easy for me with activities that generate endorphins or adrenaline, like impact or fear play. This author's definition of psychological subspace doesn't click for me exactly, but psychological subspace happens too, often the day after play, like a good hangover. http://thejourneyofwill.blogspot.com/2012/12/two-kinds-of-subspace.html What he calls psychological subspace, I just call chemistry. Doesn't mean he's a good partner for me, just that for whatever reason there's a click. I wonder if the op has ever done sports. If so, did you ever hit a sweet spot, where you could just relax and still hit the ball (or whatever) without even thinking about it? Where you were just present and in the moment? Because that's akin to subspace. Runners get it, they call it runner's high.
