FieryOpal -> RE: Higher Conscious Dominants Can Be Submissive Too (3/16/2014 4:09:49 PM)

First of all, at the tender of age of 18, how can you call yourself an "experienced Dom," much less a Master? You are at best an inexperienced Top. In fact, you probably don't know what you are, and you have plenty of time to find yourself without leaving a mine field of casualties behind you in the process. Are you too pre-occupied with spending time in BDSM clubs to hold down a job? Do you have any career aspirations you're working toward that aren't kink-related? How can you expect to reach a "higher level of consciousness" when you have to grow into adulthood as a prerequisite? The first step is self-awareness, some of which can be achieved by furthering your education. In academia, not BDSM. Either way, you need to carve out a legitimate career, which could take the next two decades, instead of p!ssing your life away. As pg4g has already informed you, and which JeffBC touched upon, the man you are keen upon mentoring you is a Switch. You may find that this suits you but understand that what he speaks of is the ability to switch. You don't need to reach a higher level of anything to become a switch, other than being receptive to the idea and then acting accordingly, ethically and responsibly.
