Dmitry Kiselyov, a Russian news anchor recently did a commentary on the situation in the Ukraine and the western country's response. His back ground image of choice, a mushroom cloud.

At one point, Kiselyov attributed President Obama's increasingly gray hair to worries about Russia's nuclear arsenal.

Now the fact that Putin recently appointed this man to lead an official news agency probably does not mean he is the voice of Putin in the media. However he does seem to voice the same opinions of the Russian president.
