Used to have 2 or 3 corsets...was going to wear one to my 2nd wedding but I could not "fit" into it because I was in pain. 10 days later, I had my gallbladder removed. The tranny I had a relationship with kept the rest when we separated. I just don't want to wear one anymore and besides, asking Mom to lace me up is AWKWARD!

I like corsets but have trouble finding any that fit my body type. If it's small and firm enough to make my waist smaller, it's crushing my ribs. If it fits snugly over my ribs but is big/flexible enough not to give me lots of bruises, it's worthless as a waist-cincher. Most of my body fat is in my hips/thighs/butt so there's not much up top for a corset to squish around. Probably will have to invest in a custom-made when I have more money to do so. I guess my corset size would be custom 22, since my waist is 25-26 without one. The 22 I have is fine in the waist but doesn't curve inward enough, so it's too small over my ribcage.

I own a corset, well maybe not so much, no steel boning. Laces at the back, hooks at the front. Over bust but I wouldn't want to lean over, I somehow have a sneaky suspicion there would be serious boobage spillage. [8D]
