Tell him to jump in a lake.
1. If you're the Domme, you're in control. Not your place to do his work for him.
2. Dommes are in demand. Lotsa male subs, relatively few Dommes. So why would a Domme pick your guy, who's already in a relationship, over a single man? Especially since he's a pretty demanding sub. He's sending you on a fool's errand.
3. If you DO land him his dream Domme, you'll feel shut out when the New Relationship Energy hits.
Sit him down. Explain that you're a Domme, not an errand girl. You never agreed that he's get another woman, and you're sure as hell not doing it now. And just a suggestion - if my sub pulled that on me, she wouldn't be able to sit for a day or two.

Okay, I wrote the above thinking that he wanted an actual Domme. He likely wants another play partner to co-top him with you. If so, I take back a lot of what I wrote, but it's still a nonstarter for you. You're the Domme, you get what you want, and in this case it's no other woman there.
