Here's how you do it: Dear Support, I have a profile under the screen name "xxxxxxxxx" (put the real name in quotes). Recently, I found that it had been hidden by the support team and I received an email saying this was because I had blacklisted someone. I believe this is some kind of an error because I did not intentionally blacklist anyone. Could someone please review that account and if you do find a blacklisting there, tell me what it was? Thank you for your help, I hope we can get this straightened out soon and unhide my original profile. If there really is a blacklisting that appears to be done by me, I will check on my end to see if someone may have accessed my account and done this without my knowledge. Sincerely, "xxxxxxxxx" I can guarantee the support team will respond much more positively to an email written like that, politely, with paragraphs and punctuation, rather than a negative, whiny, rambling text wall.

Lynn, I think a re-vamp would be great. I'd love to see Top/bottom designation, CD, TG, and so on. I don't know the structure of the software, if it is a simple point/click/change, or if it is scripting. I'd love to hear one of the support guys/girls pop in here and say what the deal is. Out of curiosity, when these threads come up, can we just start asking these folks outright if they have cleared all of their profiles of ToS violations? None of these people seem to get that just because the "new" profile is clean, that sometimes, it's a prior profile hanging them up. (I mean, look at that last chick that it took a week for her to get it.) That might not be the case here, but would the Mods and/or Support have a problem with forum members making the suggestion of cleaning up any past/multiple profiles?

I'm not sure if it's because we deal with a lot of people that claim Dominance or what, but with a lot of people the initial contact from them tends to be hostile and profanity riddled. My inbox is cringe worthy. I have literally received an initial email that said, "Listen up, you dumb fuckin cunt". So, going on the assumption that someone is being made to grovel is may not be correct. It may be that the email sent to support was apology worthy.
