Here's how you do it: Dear Support, I have a profile under the screen name "xxxxxxxxx" (put the real name in quotes). Recently, I found that it had been hidden by the support team and I received an email saying this was because I had blacklisted someone. I believe this is some kind of an error because I did not intentionally blacklist anyone. Could someone please review that account and if you do find a blacklisting there, tell me what it was? Thank you for your help, I hope we can get this straightened out soon and unhide my original profile. If there really is a blacklisting that appears to be done by me, I will check on my end to see if someone may have accessed my account and done this without my knowledge. Sincerely, "xxxxxxxxx" I can guarantee the support team will respond much more positively to an email written like that, politely, with paragraphs and punctuation, rather than a negative, whiny, rambling text wall.
