Hey, Apologies if I've put this in the wrong place but not sure where else to put it. I'm having trouble uploading photos to my profile. I'm going to the Edit Profile page and then scrolling down to where you'd upload a photo. I've browsed my PC, slected the file and clicked save changes. After a few seconds of uploading (what I thought) it says that my profile has been updated successfully. But go to my profile and no photos. I've tried this with mulitiple browsers and nothing. Can anyone help? TMW

This will probably get moved, but did you do the 'captcha' at the bottom? If you don't, it will still save profile saved, but the changes won't take effect. Contact support on the other side for problems with your profile if that doesn't work.

Cm has had this issue with pics for as long as I've been on here (about 7 years). The issue (from my limited tech know how) is in how they re-populate (or whatever it is that they do) cookies. In other words, when you upload the pic, it is in your profile, you just don't see it b/c the cookie didn't get updated yet. The time seems to vary, I've never understood the time frame for cookies to be re-populated, updated, pick your term. I suggest upload one pic, then exit out of CM, reboot, and come back and see if your pic is there. If not, wait about an hour. There may be a better trick to this. There are some very knowledgeable people on this forum, and hopefully one of them can provide more help. It might take until this evening when they return from work.

Are we on the same wave length? i'm talking about my collarme profile not the forum one I go down to upload profile photos.. click browse, pick the file and then click Update profile which is at the bottom of the page

Sorry, I was talking about pics on the other side. I've never used an avatar here, but I assume the same cookie issue is in play.

I went to get a screenshot of the captcha but don't see it. Perhaps I'm not far along enough in the process? Would someone please screenshot?

Unless there is more than one place to upload photos on the other side, there is nothing saying captha

Ok is there a size limit on the pics? I've uploaded a random wolf pic and its gone on there fine, i try and do the other regular photos again and nothing?

Download or use Photo software to adjust the file/image size. 200 X 200 works well. You can go bigger, but I do not know how big. PC: Paintshop, Adobe PS, Paint Mac: Adobe PS, Preview iPad/iPhone: PixirExpress I'm not much of an android guy, but you get the idea.
