It's the sound of 80 degree F weather and NO ICECREAM TRUCKS!

Now if I could just get off my ass and do my taxes life will be almost stress free.

That is the sound of gentle spring rain finally pattering our drought-parched hills.

And Amy White/Al Pettaway pickin' "Bent Creek" on Folk Alley :-)

That is the sound of my tiller prepping more garden space, in 85 degree weather.

It's the sound of my spoon clinking against my almost empty bowl of Life cereal.

It's me sneezing. Spring has arrived at last, bringing my
allergies with it.

It's the neighbors dog, not barking.

We talked. She listened. I didn't give her much choice. I should have bought that slingshot sooner.

Went to a party saturday night, it peed down with rain, going back to the hotel, it was so foggy you couldnt see 3 feet in front of you, I woke up sunday morning to six inches of snow and some eerie driving for about two hours, drove into WV and it was damp but no snow, sunday was beautiful and hot, I left for the ride home sunday night in a tshirt. Halfway home it turned bitter cold again, snow in NY state, and just cold in Toronto, Ive had enough of weather for one weekend, IM gonna hibernate till july 4th bugger it

Its me finally able to rake up all the dog mines she has left me from a long cold winter.....her area is all clean so she can start all over again with her dog mines.

Its the sound of me putting some of my lawn furniture back out, cleaning the fire pit out and getting ready for some good bonfires once again.

Today it will be me raking up some more of my yard and finally putting my hammock back up......and the munchkins running and playing in the yard once again.

It was her car that I threatened. I will keep peanut butter in the files, thanks for that, but this was a clear cut case of the owner being able to silence the dog at will. It was just a matter of generating the will. Being polite made things worse, so I did what ya gotta do.

What's that? Cops? Nah. Deniability. And a local noise ordinance. $250. Possible jail on a second offense. There will be no cops.

ETA :What does Fog sound like, anyway? I knew it was foggy this morning, before I looked. Something tipped me off.
