I read with interest that discussion of certain subjects is not permitted in the forums.
While I can sympathise with any reasons given for these omissions, I cannot agree with any of them.
No decent human being should feel anything but disgust for anyone who breaks our laws, especially when they break them by indulging in these sorts of activities, but let's get real about this. Surely on a fetish forum, we are not speaking of REAL incest, REAL necrophilia, etc etc, but scening between consenting adults and like it or not, all these play activities have huge followings.
Only by discussion can people who are drawn to anything considered strange, risque, or taboo learn what is acceptable and what is not, how to develop play in a sensible, safe way and most important of all, accept that they are not bad or criminal to want to PLAY at doing this.
Banning discussion, or pretending that fake incest, fake necro, fake pedophilia isn't happening all over the world is stupid and small minded. Some people (not many I grant you!) even combine puppy play with fake bestiality and ' no animals were hurt or upset in the making of this film' !
While I myself do not actively play at any of the banned subjects, I have several fairly extreme interests of my own and would be pretty disgusted if anyone told me I couldn't talk about them. Surely the S&m scene is so diverse that we all need to be tolerant and open minded about other peoples preferences?
