It's time to renew my SNAP so I did it online yesterday, putting in new figures and bills. Sent it in and as I got ready to help Mom outside with baby M, the phone rang. It was the SNAP people, wanting to set up a phone appointment for today. DAMN!!! I knew doing stuff online was fast but in 5 minutes? At least I get to sit in a comfortable chair...
