Happy to hear this Greedy....considering we are having our appointment with the tenancy burreau tomorrow due to my ex slumlord, it is awesome to read, that there are good ones out there, too...
Mine charged me 702 bucks for water and electricity for 2012, refusing to deduct the 4 months in that year, in which I was not living in that flat...cause then it would have been just 255 bucks!!!
So we hope to get some deserved cash back now again and also that they can sort him out regarding refunding me the deposit...
And considering, that 30% of the water and electricity bill is a charge which you have to pay as a landlord no matter, if you have a tenant in there or not, its just more disgusting that he did not even bother to deduct the 115 Euro from my bill, which would be the cost of those 30% from January to April, as he has to pay that himself, this arse...besides, he can't tell us, that the heating was not on at all during those 4 months before I moved in there (in case this flat has been empty) as you need to leave the heating on a bit during winter, to avoide the pipes freezing and bursting...
Considering how annoying my life is this year, I am just lucky that F organised this appointment tomorrow, as right now, I am not really in the mood to handle that arse....but of course, its good we do go as you can't let go away such idiots with such behaviour...
But I am just glad once this arse will be out of my life for good....though that will have to wait until next year, as in december I will receive his next water and gas bill from januar until august last year [8|]
