I have only ever worked in domination online. I am also a cam model. I want to start looking for a female sub to play and work with. But I have no idea where to go about doing so. It's not something you can just walk up to people on the street and mention.

No you can't walk up to someone on the street (boy...think if you approached like Billy Graham or Gloria Steinamn!!) but you can find specific meet ups in your area. Check on Fet for munches or Femdom events...Otherwise, if you want to do online...it does not matter which side of the kneel...you put a profile up on a dating site, you email and receive back and hope that when you meet, it works.

Normally I would suggest going out into the community and meeting people. But you say in your profile you only want online so that won't help. You also state that you are a fin domme and while there is nothing wrong with that, the chances of finding a perfect, adorable little female sub who wants an online domme and is willing to pay is slim to none. I would venture to guess that most of them are out in the real world playing at parties and interacting with real people. Now you might find a HNG who will tell you they are a cute lil girl and as long you never meet them and they keep sending cash, what difference does it really make? Both of your fantasies can be fulfilled.

Yeah, I'd recommend fetlife - Collarme is kinda heteronormative, but fetlife is a really good way of finding munches. Alternatively, you might have luck in local lesbian/queer spaces - pubs, bars, groups, etc - although (depending on the place) they might be huge fans of being seen purely as a cruising ground.
