Thanks for keeping us posted. I sent a fax with my thoughts to both Wyden and Smith on Monday. The issue is huge if you ask me.

Cool! I agree. This is very important. I am glad you took action. At best we have a 50-50 chance on it. the net will be [if telecom passes] as mediocra as TV, Radio, and the standardized corporate filterred culture. [this will effect those in other countries as well]

I bitched out verizon. dsl not available to me. yet a college is a few blocks away- they sent 200 lobbiests on the one peice of legislation, yet- they wont finish the last mile of wire/service to my intown home. my dsl costs $54 a month. i shudder to think of it getting worse.
